I'm a mixed media and ceramic based maker who loves creating authentic handmade pieces, inspired by botanics and abstract expression. My work provides me with an emotive and enjoyable outlet, with an emphasis on fun (both for myself in the making, and hopefully for others who look upon my work). My artwork varies from abstract sculptural work, oil pastel and paint, to prints, wall hangings, and functional-ware like vases, mugs, and pots. I'm inspired by all things patterned, graphic, and colourful. I feel that art is just a great way to bring joy to everyday life and have fun in the making and getting messy.
